Pacheco is a Spanish publicist and writer of children's and young peoples literature. She was born in Almeria in 1980 and graduated in Publicity and public Relations from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid. Since then she has lived in the city, working as a copywriter at an agency. As a writer she has won the the Everest prize in 2007 with "Misterioso Asesinato en Oz", and in the following year she was a finalist in the Barco de Vapor prize with "Tres veces la mujer de gris".
Edelvives publishes school texts and infant and children’s literature. The two most numerous collections are Ala Delta and Alandar, which has won an annual award. Adventure, friendship, the family, fear, drugs… are all themes to be found in our albums, stories and novels, always within the framework of respect for mankind and his environment.
Carmen Suárez (Gijón, 1946) has worked as a food journalist on various publications, including Elle, La guia del niño, El Semanal and El País. She has also been editor of the magazines Cocinar Hoy, Cocina semanal and Imagínate. She currently alternates journalism with literary translation.
