Yolanda Scheuber
Yolanda Scheuber was born in Buenos Aires in 1953. In 1975 she earned a degree in Political Science by the University of Salvador and began her career as an official writer for the Government of the Province of La Pampa. In 1982 she moved to the Government of the Province of Salta, where she currently works.
