Pablo Matera was born in in Buenos Aires on 5 March 1970. He has been drawing since he can remember, and he still always has a pencil in his hand. In his youth he began publishing cartoons in La Nación newspaper; combining this activity with his studies at the School of Creative Advertising. He arrived in Spain in 1999, and his creative ability lead him to a job as an art director in advertising.
