Nunila López Salamero of Aragonese descent, was born on a Barcelona housing estate in 1966, in the middle of an economic migration. Since she was 28 years old, she has written and told stories throughout the country and made a CD that has gone across the world and changed many lives. She has worked with many different women’s groups.
Núria Amat is a novelist, poet and essayist. Born in Barcelona where she still lives, her literary output written in Spanish covers a long career and has been translated into a dozen languages, with titles such as 'Todos somos Kafka' (1993), 'La intimidad' (1997),' El país del alm'a (1999), 'Reina de América' (2001, Premio Ciutat de Barcelona 2002) and 'Deja que la vida llueva sobre mí' (2008).
