Nathalie Bittoun-Debruyne is a European Doctor and professor of French at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. A Spanish, French and Catalan translator, she has also works by Maupassant and Sartre. She is a specialist in comparative literature and translation studies, in particular the relationship between Spain and France in the late 18th and early 19th centuries.
Néstor Braidot has Phd in Administration Sciences, masters in Economics and a degree in Business Management. He is an expert in the field of Neuromarketing, a field in which he has written many different articles and books such as Venta Inteligente (“Intellignet Selling”) and Neuromarketing, Neuroeconomics and Business.

Prior to publishing the Fredo Cacahuete collection, Nieves Hernández won various prizes, such as an honourable mention in the VII Emilio Murcia Contest for her work 'El Espacio de los perdidos', 2nd prize in the 'Ciudad de Algeciras' Contest for 'El escritor', and finalist in the 1st International Museo de la Palabra Prize for 'Los sentimentos del asesino'. She is also co-author of the educational work 'Juegos Musicales en el Aula', designed for music teachers.
