    Pedro Azara is an architect and professor of aesthetics at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura, Barcelona. As well as his teaching work and research, he commissioned the exhibitions Casas del alma (1997) and La fundación de la ciudad. Mitos y ritos en el mundo antiguo (2000), both held at the Centre de Cultura Contemporánia de Barcelona (CCCB). His publications include La imagen y el olvido. El arte como engaño en la filosofía de Platón (Siruela, Madrid, 1995) and Castillos en el aire.

    Pedro Corral (San Sebastian, 1963) is a journalist and writer. He is the author of the collections of essays: Si me quieres escribir: Gloria y castigo de la 84th Brigada Mixta del Ejercito Popular (2004) and Desertores: la Guerra Civil que nadie quiere contar (2006), considered to be the most original, ground-breaking essays on the Civil War in Spain published in recent years. In 2009, El Aleph published his novel La ciudad de arena, which received critical and public acclaim.
