Xabier Gutiérrez, Juan Calduch and Igor Zalakain are three young men who regularly collaborate in cookery research in Arzak’s restaurant.
Juan Carlos Cubeiro is considered to be Spain’s top expert in leadership. He is honorary chairman of the Spanish Coaching and Consultancy Association (AECOP) and chairman of Eurotalent. He teaches Leadership and Team Motivation at the Universidad Comercial de Deusto, heads the masters programmes at the Escuela Superior de Coaching del CEU and the Instituto de Liderazgo Avanzado at EBS and the Advanced Coaching course at the Escuela de Negocios de Caixanova in Galicia and Fundesem in Alicante.
Juan Carrión Maroto is a Doctor of Business Management (BIU-University of California). He has an undergraduate degree in Economic and Business Sciences from UCM, Higher Computer Engineering and DEA from UPSA, MBA from ESIC, PDD from IESE, Master in Philosophy from the UFV and Master in Social Change from ECH and completed his studies with a course in strategy at Harvard.
