    Cécile de Visscher was born in Belgium where she studied Educational Sciences. In 1978 she moved to Barcelona and finished a degree in Psychology. In 1991 she created Fundación Nexe, one of the few institutions exclusively dedicated to babies and children with multiple disabilities and their families. She is currently head of the foundation, an outstanding institution in Spain and Europe for the quality of its unique pioneering services.

  • Cecilia Varela

    Cecilia Varela was born in Argentina. She studied fine arts in Buenos Aires, has lived in Mexico and now lives in the mountains of Cordoba, surrounded by birds. She has illustrated books for publishers in Mexico and Spain.

    A member of the Instituto de Historia y Cultura Aeronáutica, he has given talks and published articles in both specialist journals and books.

  • Celina Manzoni

    Celina Manzoni holds a doctorate in Literature from the University of Buenos Aires and is a professor of Latin American Literature at the Faculty of Arts of the same University. A researcher at the Institute of Latin American Literature, she heads research teams specialized in the area and has created the Caribbean Studies Group. She had a scholarship from DAAD at the Instituto Iberoamericano de Berlín and from UBA at Princeton University. In 2000 she received the Premio Ensayo Internacional Casa de las Américas, Havana for Un dilema cubano.
