  • Amaia García Lamo; Edorta García Lamo; Íñigo Cojo Ayestaran

    A FUEGO NEGRO is born from the hands of three young and adventurous chefs: Edorta Lamo, Iñigo Cojo and Amaia García. The first two involved in the cooking and vinyl, and the latter, with pens and the baton. Creative freedom with respect for the tradition has already identified them as the new version within the culture of the Basque pintxo, and along this time the fruits have been so many and so good that they are more than convinced the struggle is worth it: eat, drink, listen, watch and learn, that is the philosophy with which they live and they want to convey.

  • Amàlia Lafuente

    Amàlia Lafuente (Barcelona, 1952) is a doctor and professor of pharmaceutics at the Medical Faculty of the University of Barcelona. She dedicates her time to teaching and research.

     

  • Amalia Pérez Otero

    Amalia Pérez Otero trained as a teacher, and completed her studies with a degree in Psychopedagogy. Since 1998 she has worked as an English teacher at a primary school in Vigo (Pontevedra), where she has also been responsible for implementing the ‘school for parents’, a successful project which has been well received at the centre.

  • Amelia Sánchez García

    The author completed teacher training and works as a teacher at a primary school in Vigo (Pontevedra).

     

  • Ana Alcolea

    Born in Zaragoza in 1962, Alcolea studied Hispanic philology and has a diploma in English philology. She has been a secondary school teacher since 1986. She has published educational editions of plays and numerous articles on the teaching of language and literature. She adores getting to know other cultures and other languages. In 2009 her first novel for adults came out, "Bajo el león de San Marcos".
