Shambhala, a Sanskrit word, means "place of peace and tranquility": an apt name for the work of sowing seeds of light across the land. We find ourselves in the mother city of the underground world of Agharta, a place still remembered today by Lamas and other Eastern sages.
The celestial masters who, in order to focus the struggle of forces in the world, founded Shambhala, also extended their sphere of action to the Gobi desert and the Himalayas, and beyond, to the Southern Americas, where they created a laberinth of tunnels which become whole fantastic cities within the earth. Incredible as it sounds, these beings of light in fact form the White Brotherhood, or the Planet's Internal Positivity Government.
