Musik recreates a fascinating picture of life in classical Greece, with intelligence, wit, suspense and a wonderful female hero, Mora, a water priestess forced by the chances of life into slavery. Through her, we discover the last years of the great tragic poet Euripides and the dark events that surrounded his death. The story of her adventures reveals the life in the court of Archelaus of Macedon (at the end of the fifth century BCE in the last period of the Peloponnesian War), with all its intrigue and envy between poets, philosophers and the other participants at the Banquet of the Fortunate, and takes a passionate dive into the artistic lifestyle of the times, peppered with mythological and historical references.
