Javier Sáez Castán
Javier Sáez Castán was born in Huesca in 1964. He studied Fine Art in Valencia and has worked as an illustrator since finishing his studies. He currently also writes and illustrates his own stories for children. With Anaya he has published: "El valiente soldadito de plomo", "La pequeña cerillera y otros cuentos", "Cuentos para niños" by Isaac Bashevis Singer, and "Pom... Pom... ¡Pompibol!", and his other books include "Los tres erizos", "Picopelosplumas y el hombre pájaro", "Animalario Universal del profesor Revillod", "La merienda del señor Verde", "Limoncito: un cuento de Navidad", "La venganza de Edison".
