FÉLIX NAVARRO BUITRAGO - a vocational businessman, he has devoted himself to the world of process and product engineering for two decades. In the 1990s he founded INSOC,'Engineers and Programmers Associated', which later diversified and specialised in the fields of TIC & ISP. In 1998 he began to develop innovative processes in the ready-made cement and concrete sector, promoting, developing and heading up tens of projects aimed at improving services within these sectors, especially in the regions of Spain and Latin America.
In recent years he has developed another new stage in the field of raw material development and communications as international expansion strategy. Moreover, he is currently founding member and director general of VIA INTELIGENTE and president of ASEPI, Spain.
