The Prehistory of the World
Jorge Juan Eiroa is Professor of Prehistory at the Universidad de Murcia and has participated in various research projects and headed a variety of archaeological excavations: Borneiro Hill-fort (A Coruña), Sonsoles y Aldeagordillo (Ávila), The King and Ass Cave Hill-forts (Soria), Loma de los Brunos (Zaragoza) and more recently studies involved with research projects about Copper and Bronze Ages in the the south west of Spain: La Salud and Cueva Sagrada, Cerro de las Viboras de Bajil (Murcia), in addition to various American sites. Interested in teaching, he has published a variety of didactic works on technology and typology in Prehistory, urbanism and urban life, and economics and society. This work is aimed at students who are beginning a study of prehistory.
