Ana Romaní

In 1987 the author published her first poetry book, "Palabra de Mar" ("Word of the Sea"). This was followed by "Das últimas mareas" ("The Last Tides", 1994), "Arden" ("Burning", 1998) and "Love me Tender" (2006). She has set up and taken part in many artistic projects, including "Son Delas", "Lob*s" ("Wolves"), "Estalactitas" ("Stalactites"), "Catro poetas suicidas. Intervención poetica contra a levidade" (Four Suicidal Poets. A Poetic Argument Against Frivolity") and  "A voz e o poema. Os periplos de Aviles de Taramancos" ("Voice and Poem. The wanderings of Aviles de Taramancos"). In 2003 she published an anthology of Antón Avilés de Taramancos. Since 1990 she has directed the arts programme "Diario Cultural" on Radio Galega.
