Bernabé Tierno

Bernabé Tierno is a psychologist, educator and writer. He received the Medal of Honour on the 50th anniversary of Unicef (1996), the World Peace Prize for his work promoting human values (1997), the Aula Peace Prize, awarded by the Unesco-asscoiated school Aula de Paz Camín de Mieres, from the Principality of Asturias (2000), as well as the Spanish Association of Toy Manufacturers Prize (AEFJ) for his support and defence of toys (2005).
A regular contributor on various media outlets and an indefatigable presence at conferences, he has written numerous works, the most recent of which was Poderosa mente [Powerfully/ Powerful Mind]. His writing is just another aspect of a glittering career, full of successes and awards.
