Daniel García is a chef from Marbella, aged 35. He began his studies at the Escuela de Hostelería La Cónsula when he was 18. After working at Martín Berasategui’s restaurant he became head chef at Tragabuches (Ronda), before moving to Calima El Hotel Gran Melía Don Pepe in 2005. In 2010 he was chosen as Gourmetour Guide best chef by popular vote.
