Mr Pägueiras can't scratch his back because he has an umbrella instead of hands! But he's in luck because the woman on the first floor, Mrs Solmmina, has more than a thousand hands. Then again, how does she manage to cut all those nails? Well just ask the Rosseti sisters, on the second floor, who have scissors instead of legs. A group of outlandish characters suddenly appears in a building on Quiénsabe Street with stories to make you laugh out loud. Each of them has a terrible problem, but there's always a neighbour ready to lend a hand. Behind the neighbours' highly original solutions are ideas about coexistence and solidarity to remind us that we all have the ability to help someone who needs it.
