Sergio Martín

Sergio Martín was born in Madrid on 6 December, many years ago. One day he went to the United Kingdom and never came back. His academic achievements include his Bachelor's Degree in Information Sciences and his Master’s in Education. His professional career, if you can call it that, has been mostly spent in advertising and teaching. He has published comic strips in various outlets including the Sunday supplement of El Mundo. His jokes ended up divorcing themselves from his doodles, and he’s been writing non-stop ever since. He has collaborated in the collection of short stories Pearls in the pond (Perlas en la charca, 2016) and has a couple of finished novels, a few short stories and several poems stashed away in a drawer. The Kindness of a Murderer is his first published novel.
