Escritor canario Santiago Gil

Santiago Gil has published some twenty novels, including If the Dawn Comes and You Can't Find Me, the Waste Years, A Man Alone and Without His Shadow, How to Make a Living with Literature, Everyday Defeats, The Substitutes, Sitting, Dear Wise Kings, I Should be Dead, The Destiny of Words, Villa Melpómene, The Coast of the Absent People and Two; the short novel the muytiny of Arucas, and the story collection The Park. Other books of short stories and proverbs are No Man's Land, Hand Luggage, and poetry collections Times of Caleila, The Colour of Time, One Night in June and Gillnetting. He has also written a childhood memory book called Music of the Papagüevos and the collection of opinion pieces Psychographies.
