Roger Olmos

She was discovered at the 1999 Bologna International Children's Book Fair where she found her first publisher, Kalandraka. In 2000 she published her first book, "Tío Lobo" which was included in the White Ravens collection of the Munich International Jewish Library. Since then she's published more than 70 titles nationally and internationally with publishers such as Edelvives, Random House Mondadori, Macmillan, Kalandraka, Oqo Editora, Ediciones B, La Galera, Teide, Baula, Logosedizioni, Bromera, Editions 62, Alfaguara, Planeta, and Anaya. Amongst her numerous awards, the most distinguished include the Lazarillo National Prize for Illustration (2008), being selected for the Bratislava Biennial in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019, and the Ministry of Education and Culture Prize for best Picture Book published in 2014 and 2015.
