Muriel Villanueva & Ferran Orta

Muriel Villanueva is a writer and Creative Writing teacher, with a diploma in Musical Education and a degree in the Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature. She has published more than a dozen works of narrative and poetic works for children, young people and adults, has received a number of prizes and been translated into various languages. Ferran Orta was born in Riba-roja d'Ebre. He earned his credentials as an illustrator through two institutions, in Tarragona (Escuela de Arte y Diseño) and Barcelona (Escola de la Dona), where he studied illustration, picture books and self-publishing. He has taken part in various editorial projects as well as solo and collective exhibitions and he is interested in self-publishing, fanzines and print-making. He currently carries out his illustration work at Taller la Roda, in Barcelona. As a boy, Ferran wet the bed for years. He doesn't any more.
