Nothing You Don't Know
María Tena (born Madrid, 1953) spent her childhood in Dublin and Montevideo. She has a degree in literature, specialising in Hispanic literature, and also holds a law degree. She has spent her professional life in public administration working on cultural and educational projects. She is a regular contributor to literary magazines, both printed and online, where she has published stories, articles and interviews and is the author of the novels 'Tenemos que vernos' ('We Need to See Each Other') (shortlisted for the 2003 Premio Herralde), 'Todavía tú' ('Still You') (2007), 'La fragilidad de las panteras' ('The Fragility of Panthers') (shortlisted for the 2010 Premio Primavera de Novela) and 'El novio chino' ('The Chinese Boyfriend') (winner of the 2016 Premio Málaga de Novela).
