Ángela Blenda is the pen name of the editor and writer María Consuelo Altable Arredondo (1960). Publications: the novel Días de amor y cosecha (Days of Love and Harvest; Eirene Editorial, 2012) and the short stories, El águila y el guardián (The Eagle and the Guardian) and El señor de las especias (The Lord of Spices; Eirene Editorial, 2017).
