In a small neighbourhood in the middle of the city live five women who buy flowers. At the start none of them is buying for herself: one buys flowers for her secret lover, another for her office, the third in order to paint them, another for her clients, the last . . . for a dead person. I am the fifth woman and this is my story.
After losing her partner, Marina realises that she is completely lost: for too long she has been a co-pilot. Starting again from zero, she takes a temporary job in a curious florist called The Angel's Garden. There she will meet other women who are all very different but who, like her, find themselves at an important crossroads in terms of their work, their loves, their hopes and their family. The relationship between them and Olivia, the eccentric and wise owner of the shop, will grow into a close friendship.
