KING DE THE CROSSED ONES
(Barcelona, 1935), has a unique knowledge of the reigning dynasty in twentieth-century Spain, on which has already published several titles that have already become reference works: “El Rey de los rojos. Don Juan de Borbón, una figura tergiversada” (1996); “El Rey perjuro. Don Alfonso XIII y la caída de la Monarquía” (1997); “Los últimos Borbones. De Don Alfonso XIII al Príncipe Felipe” (1999); “Cambio de régimen. Caída de la Monarquía y proclamación de la República (2001). He has written about his long career as a promoter of cultural enterprises in the first two volumes of his “Memorias de un editor: La batalla de Waterloo” (2003) and “La guerra de los planetas” (2005). Among others, he has been awarded the Medal of Honor of the Ateneu Barcelonès (1989), and the plaque of the Madrid Book Fair (1998).
