FLAVIA COMPANY

Writer, journalist and translator. She was born in Buenos Aires on the 27th of September 1963. She has lived in Barcelona since 1973. Her work, which can be found in various anthologies, has been published in translation in France, the Netherlands, Brazil, Poland, Portugal, Italy and the United States. She has a degree in Spanish Literature and works as a translator, journalist, professor at the Escola d'Escriptura at the Ateneo Barcelonés and teaches Creative Writing (stories) on the Masters course in Creative Writing at the Universidad Pompeu Fabra. She provides literary criticism for magazine supplements including Babelia and Quadern and also works for Página/12.
