Carmen Corrales

As soon as she could hold a pencil, Carmen Corrales began to draw, and the first time she saw a cat, she fell in love. As a girl her parents bought her story tapes to listen to, and she soon started to make up her own, and then to draw them. Maybe she already what her path would be. She loves cats and dogs; trees and plants; books and blank pages; snails and butterflies, which were all true friends to Corrales in her solitary and happy childhood. She loves to draw simple stories from what she sees around her, of her family, especially her furry friends, who are her strongest source of inspiration and from whom she has the purest love she knows.
