Beatriz Montero Torres y Geeta Ramanujam

Beatriz Montero is a storyteller, philologist and writer. She is the coordinator of the Red Internacional de Cuentacuentos (RIC, International Storytelling Network). Her YouTube channel www.youtube.com/beatrizmontero has been viewed more than 22 million times and has 50,000 subscribers and 400 videos. Her first international tour as a storyteller was in 1997 when she performed in theatres in Argentina and Mexico. She hasn't stopped telling stories since. She has been a professor of oral narration since 2000, teaching at the Universidad Popular Rivas-Vaciamadrid, at the Ensayo 100 theatre school, at the Taller Fuentetaja, at teachers centres, Madrid Public Libraries and Madrid's Taller de Escritura. She has performed at the premier international story telling and theatre festivals in Singapore, India, Brazil, the Netherlands, Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Uruguay, Morocco and Spain and at hundreds of other theatres, libraries, schools and cultural centres.
