Alejandro Palomas

Alejandro Palomas (Barcelona, 1967) graduated in English Philology and has a masters in Poetics from the New College, San Francisco. He has worked both in journalism and as the translator of important authors. Among his published novels are: El tiempo del Corazón (Heart Time; Siruela; Fnac New Talent), El secreto de los Hoffman (The Hoffmans' Secret; finalist in the Ciudad de Torrevieja Novel Prize, 2008, and adapted for the stage in 2009), El alma del mundo (The Soul of the World; finalist of the Premio Primavera, 2011), El tiempo que nos une (The Time Uniting Us) and Una Madre (A Mother). His work has been translated into ten languages.
