Edu Flores y Daniel Nesquens

Edu Flores was born in Zaragoza in 1970. He currently teaches at the Zaragoza School of Art and divides his time between teaching and working as a children's illustrator. His book "El pájaro de las dos jaulas" ("The Bird With Two Cages") was chosen for the 25th Bratislava Biennial in 2015. His book "Los zapatos de Fred Astaire y otras historias increíbles" ("Fred Astaire's Shoes and Other Incredible Stories") won the Golden Pinwheel Award in the category for best international children's picture book at the Shanghai International Book Fair in November 2013. Daniel Nesquens (Zaragoza, 1967) is an author specialising in children's literature. Amongst other awards, he has received four White Raven special mentions and the 2011 Premio Barco Vapor.
