Justo Sotelo

Justo Sotelo was born in Madrid. He is an economist and professor of Economic Policy and has a degree in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature, and an MA in Literary Studies. In 1995 he published his first novel, La muerta lenta, and two years later Vivir es ver pasar, which was shortlisted for the Sésamo and Ateneo de Sevilla prizes. In 2006 his novel La paz de febrero was published, which Juan Ángel Juristo said 'leaves an impression akin to that left in their time by L'étranger and Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, or many novels that had the qualities of North American prewar literature, the era of the invention of unforgettable modern antiheroes which have conditioned the way of seeing and dealing with old narrative models.' Entrevías Mon Amour is his fourth novel.
