The author is a Doctor of Economic and Business Science from the Universidad Autónoma in Madrid, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the London Business School, University of London, and a graduate in Economic and Business Science from the Faculty of Economics and Business Adminsitration (ESTE), the University of Deusto.
He is currently General Manager of SDV-Human and a professor at the universities of Deusto, Mondragón and Valencia.
