Julio Gil Pecharromán
Julio Gil Pecharromán (Madrid, 1955) is professor of Contemporary History at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), where he lectures in Contemporary East-Central European History. A specialist in 20th century political history, he has published a dozen books on this topic.
