Joaquín Sánchez Herrera has a degree in Advertising and Public Relations and is a Doctor of Information Sciences; he currently teaches at the ESIC Business & Marketing School.
He has also published numerous articles in scientific magazines both at home and abroad and is the author and co-author of various books on marketing, such as: Plan de marketing: Analysis, decisions and control; Gestión comercial y servicio de atención al cliente. He speaks at conferences both in Spain and abroad.
