Following an extended professional trajectory in the business world, Milena Ivanova abandoned her job as a top executive in order to dedicate herself exclusively to her career as an author and screenwriter. Born in Sofia and resident in Madrid since 1990, she is the best known and most internationally renowned contemporary Bulgarian writer. Her first book, Sexperiencias, was translated into seven languages and was a great success in many European and Latin American countries. After publishing her novel Sin Azúcar in Bulgaria, she launched Seduction Without Tears in the 21st Century (Seducir sin Sufrir en el Siglo XXI) in Spain, which was top of the best seller lists in her native country during 2008.
