Xibalbá : In Search of the Lost Mayan Texts
The author was educated at the renowned Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Home in Boys Town, Nebraska, and graduated in Anthropology from Kansas State University. He is currently associate professor of Sociology at the Metropolitan Community College in Omaha. He is the author of two suspense novels, Filth Eater (2001) and Sins of the Jaguar (2003), which have been very well received in the United States. He collaborated on the book Historical Omaha, published in 2003 by the Historical Publishing Network of San Antonio. As well as his work as a consultant, professor and administrator in Boys Town, he has a successful career as a writer, and contributes to various communications media. Struble has been president of the Nebraska Writers’ Guild, the oldest and most prestigious writers’ association in the state.
