Juan Enrique Soto

Born in Dieburg, a small town near Frankfurt (Germany) but grew up in the working-class neighbourhood of Vallecas, Madrid. For years he maintained his twin passions: literature and the application of Psychology in the area of crime. He was an opinion columnist for the newspapers La Opinión de Málaga y en el Diario de Las Palmas. He has received various literary prizes: in the XIV We Are All Different Short Story and Microstory Competition, in the 2nd FIMBA Literature Prizes 209, in the First Literary Short Story Competition organised by Asociación El Puente, Valladolid 2008, and in the XIII We Are All Different Competition, awarded by the Civil Rights Foundation 2008.
