Antonio Jorge Larruy, author of Espacio interior, la aventura de ser uno mismo, researches, publishes on the theme of self-knowledge and meditation along the lines of Antonio Blay, who has been his guide since his youth iin this adventure of awakening the consciousness.
His teaching methodology encourages clear, lively investigation, centred on enpowering the authenticity of being, beyond any religious referent or tradition. His language is simple, direct and up to date.
In 1995 he founded Espacio Interior in Barcelona, a centre dedicated to a deeper investigation and the natural integration of these truths into everyday life. He also works in the Universidad de Barcelona on thee Master of personal Development and Leadership programme and participates in a number of formative activities in the Faculty of Psychology. In addition, he runs workshops and courses throughout Spain.
