Montse Escutia Acedo
Montse Escutia Acedo is an agricultural engineer specialised in ecological agriculture. Since 1996 she has been teaching at the association “Asociación Vida Sana”. She has written numerous articles in magazines and she writes regularly for the Spanish and Latin-American edition of the magazine The Ecologist. She is a consultant in the educational project of ecologic school gardens “Mamaterra”.
