The Ninja Crisis
Leopoldo Abadía (Zaragoza, 1933), Phd in Industrial Engineering, is a retired professor of the IESE Business School. He is nowadays president of the Consulting and Training Sonnenfeld Group. Father of 12 and grandfather of 38, he assures knowing nothing about economy. In January 2008, he wrote the “Ninja Crisis” report that has become the best explanation in Spanish of the first financial crisis of the 21st century. Abadía’s mass media phenomenon has no borders thanks to Internet and the 2.0 web applications. His blog www.leopoldoabadia.com had nearly 2 million visits last year and he has given interviews to more than 500 different media organisations, where he has described his views on the current global situation using a simple and comprehensible language reaching all audiences.
