Press reviews:

Anna Motis’s first fiction work for children deals with caterpillars. Pucu, the caterpillar that will grow up to be a magnificent Swallowtail Butterfly, is the protagonist of this story, which belongs to a series whose main goal is to learn from the imagination and from science. The author, who has published several “scientific” articles and books, offers a narration that brilliantly balances fantasy and scientific rigor. Which is not an easy thing to do, since the task of explaining the transformation from caterpillar to butterfly, and simultaneously dealing with self-rejection, might have caused one to overshadow the other. To my opinion, this is the title which best accomplishes its objectives, with the consent of Ballena (Whale), another title in the series. Joan Portell, FARISTOL no. 54. 2006
