XAVIER NAVAZA BLANCO

XAVIER NAVAZA (Lalín-Pontevedra, 1948) is a distinguished journalist and reporter, with over thirty years’ experience. His career began in Barcelona in the early 1970s on the now-defunct paper Tele/exprés. Later on, during the transition to democracy, he wrote pieces for some of the most influential magazines of the time, including Interviú, Actual, La Calle, and the Galician publication Teima, amongst others. He returned to his native Galicia and since then has worked as a screenwriter, maker of television documentaries, political journalist and columnist.
