Fernando Vicente
Born in Madrid in 1963. He began his work as an illustrator at the beginning of the 80s, contributing to the now defunct magazine Madriz. He won the Laus de Oro for illustration in 1990.
He is a regular contributor to «Babelia», the cultural supplement of the newspaper El País, in which he exhibits his more literary work every Saturday, and where he has gradually refined his current style as an illustrator. He has received three "Award of Excellence" prizes from the Society for News Design for this work.
